'Mistakes' in the RHPS

Here are some of the ‘mistakes’ that you can see in the RHPS, more will be added in time!

Janet’s handbag

Moves when she puts it down on the ground during “Dammit Janet”. When Brad first gets the ring out the bag is on the floor behind Janet – when she drops the ring and he picks it up, the bag is on the floor between them!

Red carpet

Variously appears and disappears during “The Time Warp”. You can see it (or not) when Columbia does her tap-dance.

Janet’s hand

When she ‘faints’ just before Frank’s entrance in “Sweet Transvestite”, she raises first one hand and then the other. First it’s her left hand as she screams – then in the next shot it’s her right hand.

Brad’s shirt

When Riff and Magenta are undressing him and Janet, first of all we see that Brad’s shirt is already undone as Magenta is taking his sweater off, in the next shot she is unbuttoning the shirt.

Frank’s leg

This is just after he sees Dr. Scott on the monitor and says “Shall we enquire of him in person?”. As he operates the magnet he goes to lift his left leg, when we look it’s his right!

Carpet up

When Frank uses the magnet to bring Dr. Scott up to the lab, we see the corner of the carpet lifted up by what is presumably a wire pulling Scotty’s wheelchair.

Horse

At the end of the Charles Atlas Song if you look closely you can see that as Frank pushes the horse to the side, it is pulled away by a rope…
